Hi Maire, It was vital for the franchise model that we modify our core business operations in light of the recession and return to profitability. We have just achieved profitability for the last financial year. We are now working on the training handbooks, operations manual and legal structures required to launch two franchise tests for Q1 2014. Where are you based?
