We collect information when you register on our website or book a class, camp or party over the phone. You may be asked for your full name, address, mobile number, back-up contact number, email address, how you heard of Artzone, your child’s full name and date of birth.
Where you are paying fees or deposit we will also request credit card information. This information is only used to process your transaction and is never stored by Artzone.
What do we use your information for?
We collect information to complete a booking, populate a class, camp or party list. We use this information to contact you regarding bookings, payments, reminders and general notices regarding your chosen event(s). Finally, with your consent, we also use this information for general email, mailshot and webtext notifications. All emails and newsletters from this site allow users to opt out of further mailings.

All personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorised employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information.
How do we protect your information?
All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database. This information is only accessible by those authorised with access rights to such systems, and who are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Do we disclose information to third parties?
We do not sell, trade or otherwise pass your personal information to any third parties, except trusted third parties that assist Artzone in running our business, events or providing specialist services such as early drop-off and after hours care.
