Paddy Lynch, one of Ireland’s leading Illustrators and Comic Book Artists, is planning an exciting and challenging comic book design and illustration project for Artzone Teenagers this summer 2011 - AND plenty of time to chill and chat!
From base concept development, drawing, design and illustration principals Paddy will lead the group in the design of a new Comic Book and the production Issue 1.

There are indeed some places left in the Taney Teen Camp. We take far fewer teens though to keep the event cool and intimate, so dont leave it too late to book. Paul
Can you tell me if you have any availability on the Teen Camp due to take place at the Red Stables in Raheny in August?
Please advise availability in Rua Red and Taney. Michael did your course in Rathgar 2 years ago and really enjoyed it. Now he’s 13! He does not do art in school, is there a requirment for previous knolwedge. Also if you have availability, is it the same course in each venue or would he benefit from doing June and July in Tallaght and Taney.

Hi Breda. The teen camp and classes are suitable for students of all levels (interest and ability). While some are looking for help with Junior and Leaving Cert Art many are just doing it as a hobby. Paddy Lynch is running both Teen camps in RUA RED and Taney this summer. It is the same programme. It is a really cool subject – we expect both to book out. There are places available. Hi Lauren. All our teachers are qualified Secondary School Teachers. Sincere apologies Ophelia. We have just heard from the Centre that one of their weekly tennants arent willing to change to allow us use the room for the Teen Camp, and it was too late to get a room in the school next door. We are going to have to cancel this camp. We are offering Castleknock customers 50% off to go to any other Teen Camp. Paul
Have you room for two more in Taney ? 15 year old cousins. One from Dublin and the other visiting from Barbados.
What is the teacher / student ratio ?

Sorry Karen. There is a limited demand for Teen camps so we just run one in our bigger venues. That way it fills, has the atmosphere and goes well. Taney is set for the 25th of July. Paul

Hi Serena, There are places available in The Red Stables or Taney Parish Centre. There was a fatal mix up on the venue booking for Castleknock. Our teen art group will start back up there on 16th of September. Regards, Paul

Hi Paula, We are running two camps in Clontarf and one in Drumcondra this summer. The camp in Killester last year was a great success but it is a very busy centre and we had issues with child safety, equipment and space for playtime. We have places in Clontarf Parish Centre or Na Fianna GAA Club if either suit you. Regards, Paul
