Hi Bernadette, All our junior and senior portfolios include a broad range of art and craft activities including drawing, painting, collage, 3D, clay, textiles, graphics … Our teen groups work on ten week blocks to explore a particular medium in more detail. Regards, Paul

Can you confirm if a 12 year old would be able to do your Music Mania portfolio. She attended the camp in Leixlip last year and completed the portfolio similar to the Princesses, Dragons & Vikings portfolio, therefore doesn’t want to do it again this year.
Hi Myra, The portfolio for the senior group (8 – 12 years) is music mania. It is a really cool portfolio for that age group including puppetry, still life, cd design and pop star collage. Regards, Paul

i’m currently attending an art portfolio course in killester college and i am required to obtain work experience every tuesday from now till may.
i have great interest in what is done at artzone, as i hope one day to be an art teacher myself. it would also be of great help to know if the venues in killester or raheny do work experience, as they are the closest to my home. much regards, joseph.
Paul, my son Conn has been diagnosed recently with a mild form of dyspraxia.
Dave and I would like to sign him up with Artzone as this could help his co- ordination and thinking – I know Aisling has has children with special needs in her group at various times – Can you help.
Hi Lisa, We have had many children with dyspraxia through the classes. Liam would be happy to have Conn join the classes – we are back in Ballyroan on the 15th of January. If you let me know what age he is I will book a place for you. You can have the first class as a free trial, and you would just pay a pro-rata rate to the end of term after that. Happy New Year! Paul

Im enquiring if there are any places available for week beginning 11th July in St. Andrews, Malahide for my daughter for 5 day camp.

Hi Helen, There are places in Taney for the August camp and there will be lots of girls her age in that camp. The teachers are experienced teachers who make sure all students (particularly new ones) settle in and mix well. All our activities are organised so there is no risk of anyone being left out at of anything. Talk to her teacher Liam on the first morning if you have any concerns. Regards, Paul

My daughter has been attending your 11.15am Saturday morning class in Ballyroan, loving it!
I used the Groupon voucher to trial the classes and actually bought 2 of the vouchers – was wondering if it was possible to use the voucher to do 3 more classes in the same venue for this term or is the voucher only valid for 3 classes in each term?
If I can’t use the voucher to continue this term, how much would it be to pay for the remainder of the term?
Hi Linda. Great the hear your daughter is enjoying the classes. I am afraid you can only use one voucher per child – we take a loss on the deal period. You can use the second voucher for another child or Groupon will refund the charge, if you don’t use it. The fee for the remainder of term is €55 for 5 weeks. No need to contact the office – just come along on Saturday. Best Regards. Paul

Hi Elizabeth, We have 14 machines so that is the absolute maximum we take for the camp. Louise is a very experienced art teacher. Fashion is her core subject and she has run five sucessful camps already. Her Tuesday fashion class has been booked out all year. Best regards, Paul
