Artzone is a young, dynamic company run by Qualified Art Teachers from the Faculty of Education, NCAD. We are currently actively recruiting and we have a number of opportunities to gain experience with Artzone.
- Full Time Qualified Art Teacher for Portfolio Design, Teaching Classes, Camps and Art Teacher in Residence Programmes. Must have Art Teaching Qualification (car an advantage)
- Part Time Art, Primary or Montessori Teachers
Regular Weekly Art Class, Camp work and Weekend Party work available (car an advantage) - Transition Year Work Experience
Artzone take a maximum of two transition year students per week for office and class work experience. - Fluent Irish Qualified Art Teacher
We have the potential to deploy a fluent Irish speaking art teacher full or part-time in a number of Irish speaking schools around Dublin.

Hi, my name is Laura and I am a Transition Year student. I am participating in the Gaisce Presidents Award. This requires me to fulfill 13 weeks of Community Work. For this work we are encouraged to use skills that we already have. I love art and would love to help out at these classes. I live in the Drumcondra area so the class on in the Na Fianna GAA club on Wednesdays would suit me best. I did Junior Certificate art and got a B, and would love to do it for the Leaving Cert too. Could I possibly help out at a class for at least one hour for 13 weeks? I would really enjoy the experience of helping others.

I’m interested in applying for a position in your Dublin based Art Summer Camps. I am an experienced designer and currently completing my PG HDip in NCAD in art and education. I will finish at the end of May and have full availability from then onwards. I am flexible location wise with a preference for the South Dublin area (as it’s closer to where I’m living)
I am currently working as part of my course, teaching art at second level and covering many schemes such as mono print lino, reduction process lino, life drawing, portraiture, batik, art history, typography, t-shirt printing, graphic design, etching, bookcraft, poster design etc

Hi Amy, You dont have to be a graduate of NCAD to work with Artzone. It happens that the core team are all NCAD Graduates but we have teachers from many other colleges. Best regards, Paul
