Artzone in school Art Days

With the growing risks and costs associated with day trips to art galleries or art camps, Artzone are in- creasingly being asked to run in-school art days. Artzone work with your teachers to deliver a very spe- cial day of art, crafts and fun for one or more classes! (aka Artathons).

Artzone agree a theme and set of art activities with the teachers in advance (the more involved the class teachers are the better). We help promote the activity with teachers, pupils and parents. 4-6 Artzone Teachers, working in pairs, usually with support/ supervision from class teachers. We work on a series of two hour Art Projects. This can be for a single class or groups of classes.

Halloween; Christmas; Valentine's; Easter

For a fraction of the cost of a day trip schools have run a series of Artathons for Junior Infants through to 6th Class that stirs the school's enthusiasm (teachers, pupils and parents) for high quality art tuition.
