Artzone would like to thank you for booking online. Our office will be in touch with you by email or phone to confirm availability within 2 working days.
Fees are payable within 10 working days of booking to secure your place(s). You can send a cheque, draft or postal order to Artzone Studios, VFI Court, Castleside Drive, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14; or call the customer service line (01)4063915 to pay by Laser or Credit Card.
A full refund is available if you cancel for any reason more than 5 working days before the start of camp, class or party. If you have to cancel closer to, or during, an event due to illness Artzone may issue a credit note at their discretion.
Please make sure we have two contact numbers. We will always contact you in the event of any sickness/ incident/ injury, unless it is very minor. If your child has any ailments, allergies or special needs let us know. We will treat this information as confidential but it helps for the teachers to know.
The normal camp/ class format is for two separate classes to run side by side with 20 – 30 children in either class. Artzone Teachers are Qualified and Experienced Professionals. We maintain a pupil: teacher ration of 10:1 (5-7 year olds); 15:1 (8-12 year olds).
Artzone run our camps to a strong code of practice. A copy of our event operation manual is available for any parent/ guardian to review on-site, on request.
Hi, I want to check before confirming the booking: the flyer states 105 euro for 10 classes. Have these started yet, have we missed some already? If not what is the start date.

Hi Susan, If you join midterm you just pay a pro-rata rate for the remainder of term. Give us a call to discuss or complete the class booking form online and we will tell you exactly how long and how much. Best regards, Paul

I have made a provisional booking for my two daughters for summer camp. I notice the younger group is ages 5-7, my younger daughter is 7 (8 in September) but she is very good at art and I would prefer them to be in the same group, would she be able to join the 8-12 group?

No problem Tonya, The age groups are only set up as guides. At 7.5+ if she is very good at art the chances are she would be moved up to the older group anyway. When you are confirming your places just ask to have her put down as 8 and then there will be no doubt. Regards, Paul

I know you are running a Halloween camp in Dundrum. Is it possible to book only for one day the Wednesday for my 2 daughters?

Hi Aoife. The way the portfolio is designed there are two two-day options fall Tuesday/ Wednesday or Thursday/ Friday. Unfortunately it wouldnt work for 1-day. Cheers, Paul, Artzone

I would like to start for my daughter from 23.03.13 for 11.15 am batch at Victory centre. But would be able to do the last class until 04.05.13 as we are going out of country for 3 weeks. So please confirm whether it is fine for 7 weeks.
