Follow signs for Howth and continue out the Clontarf Road (Coast Road). Turn left onto Mount Prospect Avenue (the traffic lights after Wong’s Restaurant and the AIB ATM; and just at the park). Follow the sign for St Anne’s Rose Garden. The entrance to the carpark of the Red Stables is approximately 300m on the right hand side.

2. Clontarf Rugby Club

Castle Avenue

From Dublin City Centre
Follow signs for Howth and continue out the Clontarf Road (Coast Road). Turn left onto Castle Avenue. Take the second exit at the roundabout, past the entrance to Clontarf Castle. The entrance to the carpark is approximately 100m is on the left hand side after the junction with Seafield Road West.

      Hi Amanda, We are in Clontarf Parish Centre for the second week of Easter with an Art Camp for 5 – 12 years. Tuesday 10th to Friday 13th April; 10am to 2pm each day – the fee is €99 including all the art equipment. Unfortunately The Red Stables isnt suitable for kids camps due to the size of the rooms and location of the toilets. Regards, Paul

      Hi Ben. We have classes locally in Killester, The Red Stables, Na Fianna and West Wood for 8 – 12 year old students. We also have a Teen art group every Thursday at 5.45 – 7.00pm in The Red Stables. See for more details. Regards, Paul

      Hi Aisling. The 4.15pm class in The Red Stables on Thursday is full. There are places in the 3pm class; or there are places in St Brigid’s on The Howth Road on Tuesdays at 2.45 or 4pm. Best regards, Paul

      Sorry Sandra, All our camps in Clontarf and Glasnevin are booked out at this stage. The closest camps with places would be Malahide or Castleknock. We are looking at a bigger venue for Clontarf for Halloween and beyond. Sincere apologies, Paul

      Hi Sandra, We have weekly classes starting back in the Red Stables Art Centre at 3pm and 4.15pm on Thursdays from September 10th. Otherwise we are in Killesters Tuesdays, Glasnevin Wednesdays or Malahide Saturdays. Best regards, Paul

    I am looking for an after school art class for my 7 & 10 year old daughters. Raheny or killester would be handy. Will they both be in the same class? What times, days and cost will it be?

      Hi Diane, They are the same class – same portfolios, just different teachers (all fully qualified). Raheny is on Thursday (3pm & 4.15pm for both age groups). Killester is Tuesday at 4.15pm for both age groups. The cost is €88 for the first child and €80 for the 2nd child per 8-week term. This include ALL the Art Equipment and a new portfolio each term.       Week 2 Make-up & SFx (12+) 11th – 15th July
      Week 3 Comic Book Illustratiomn Academy (10+) 25th – 29th July
      Week 4 Photography Academy (10+) 8th – 12th August

      Clontarf Rugby Club, Clontarf
      Week 1: 11th July – 15th July Art
      Week 2: 2nd – 5th August (4-days) Art
      Week 3: 22nd – 26th August Art

      Na Fianna GAA Club, Glasnevin
      Week 1: 25th – 29th July Art

      The Art Camps are suitable for Primary School Children. All other camps are suitable for Secondary School Children or 6th Class Primary.
